In this session, participants will experience how simple, intentional routines and procedures can help build a strong classroom community and create a low-stress environment in the classroom. These strategies are low-pressure yet high-impact, setting both teachers and students up for a joyful and sustainable school year.

Participants will leave with ready-to-use ideas that work at any level and provide students with daily opportunities to speak, connect, and grow their language skills through engaging and collaborative classroom routines.
